Bilingual UX Researcher based out of the San Francisco Bay Area
How I work
I use my background in direct service and experience with overlooked populations to surface the challenges of the people we’re designing for and push for the ways we can solve them.
About me
I’m a first-generation Bay Area native working in the UX field for the last 9 years. Through my work I’ve learned how to earn trust quickly, ask better questions, and listen for what people aren’t saying.
My CV
I started my UX career by way of Customer Success. I worked closely with designers and researchers as they built, tested, and iterated. I developed my skills as a UX Researcher, gaining experience, confidence, and trust.
I’ve worked with government employees, community based organizations, and the people they both serve to help to help close the gap between how systems are designed and how people actually experience them.
Outside of my work I’m drawn to anything with a strong point of view. Good food, interesting art and fashion, or any excuse to travel.
